  1. Cashmere: It is a type of wool fabric. It is made from cashmere and pashmina goats. It is greatly admired among winter fabrics and is made from natural fiber. Its peculiar features are its extremely soft sensation and insulation properties. Its delicate and fine fibers make us feel like silk. Being lighter than sheep’s wool and warming, often it’s mixed with other types of wool like merino to give it added weight.
  • Cotton: Cotton is made of different lengths of fiber therefore called staple fiber. It is made from the natural fibers of the cotton plant. Cotton is composed of cellulose an insoluble organic compound and the crucial part of all plants therefore feels soft and fluffy.   • Velvet: It is a woven fabric made of silk, linen, wool, cotton, etc. It is used in the manufacture of daily wearable clothing and other home decorations.
  • Damask: It is a reversible pattern fabric of silk, wool, linen, cotton, or synthetic fibers with a pattern formed by weaving. It is woven with one warp and one weft yarn giving it a firm lustrous appearance. It is made with flat patterns in a satin weave on a plain woven ground on jacquard looms. The pattern is woven in, so can be seen from both sides.
  • Georgette: It isgenerally similar to crepe fabric. It is obtained from pure silk and synthetic fibers like rayon and polyester. Having a matte finish gives a crinkle effect on the surface. It is lightweight and usually used in both casual and formal clothing and also for some decoration purposes
  • Jersey: It is a knit fabric used for clothing manufacturing. In past, it was made of wool but in the modern era, manufactured with wool cotton, and synthetic fibers. Its main uses are hosiery, polo shirts, t-shirts, sweatpants, athletic wear, and undergarments.
  • Linen: A strong and lightweight fabric made from the flax plant. It is commonly used for making towels, napkins, table clothes and bed sheets as the term linen truly defines its purposeful use for bed linens. It is widely used in many household items and inner lines of jackets. Being an absorbent and breathable fabric, used in summer clothing as air can pass through and moderates body temperature.
  • Leather: Any fabric made of animal hides or skin is called leather and is differentiated based on the type of source animal and the treatment techniques to process it. Usually, some reptiles or mammals’ skins like crocodiles, sheep, goats, calves, pigs, horses, and other cattle skins are used to obtain leather. Cowhide is the most popular animal skin used for leather and comprises about 65% of all leather. Its touch is always wrinkle-free and durable. Pure leather is becoming famous all over the world, especially as a winter gift.Itis organic and due to its great insulation properties, is considered the top winter clothing item.
