Squash Courts in Houston

Squash is a popular game that has its origins in British colonial times. It is a racquet sport played by two players who use rackets to hit a small ball against the front wall of a squash court. The game is played on a squash court, which measures 9.75 meters (32 ft) long and 2 meters (6.6 ft) wide. The court is divided in half by the net, which is 1 meter (3 ft 3 in) high at the center of each back wall and 3 feet high at the center of each side wall when measured from ground level to the top of the net. The game can be played on any surface, both indoors and outdoors.

Squash has always been a niche sport, but it’s fast becoming a staple fitness activity. The benefits of squash are endless, yet it can be intimidating to those new to the game.
