Agency-Wide Customer Service Standards

In our constant efforts to provide high-quality customer service, our service standard is to respond to telephone communications, correspondence, and emails as quickly as possible. We respond to requests for information from the public in with accordance the Texas Public Information Act. When the information you have requested is clearly available to the public. Workers’ Compensation Public Outreach Services

The TDI Division of Workers’ Compensation (DWC) offers Educational Sessions where informational talks are offered to which people can bring their own lunch. These sessions are also known as “brownbags”. Which educate participants in the workers’ compensation system. Occupational Health and Safety Assistance

The Division of Workers’ Compensation (DWC) provides programs and services to educate Texas employees and employers and to prevent occupational injuries and illnesses. Programs include free safety and health consultations to help employers identify hazards and risks in the workplace and to comply with Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) safety regulations. , by name and acronym in English).
